Bring your Excel files
Open an .xlsx or .csv file and your device reads it: values, formulas, number formats, colours, merged cells, column widths, conditional formats and charts. Before anything is saved, you see what came over and what couldn't.
Edit together, cell by cell
See where everyone is, with their name on their cell. Insert a row while someone types below it and both edits survive, with every formula still pointing at the right cells.
Charts and colours that follow the numbers
Bar, column, line, area, pie and scatter charts that update as anyone edits. Conditional formats for values, text, top and bottom, averages and duplicates, plus colour scales and data bars.
Number formats
Currency, euro, accounting, percent, dates and times, or your own Excel format code like #,##0.00 €;[Red]-#,##0.00 €.
Sort and filter
Sort a range or a whole tab, for everyone, with undo. Filters are yours alone: filtering a column hides rows for you, not for the people you share with.

Freeze, merge and borders
Freeze the header row, merge cells, add borders, wrap text, and size rows and columns by dragging.
Version history
Look back through earlier versions of a spreadsheet and restore one, as in Jelly Pages.
Share by link
A read-only link with the key after the #, which browsers never send to us. Whoever opens it calculates the values on their own device.
Export anytime
Download as .xlsx with every tab, or one tab as .csv, made on your device. Or save a copy to Jelly Drive, encrypted like any file.

Search on your device
Find a spreadsheet by what's in its cells or the name of a tab. Your device builds the search index, and your search terms never reach us.
