Subprocessors

The other companies that handle personal data for us, what each one is for and what reaches it. There are three. None of them holds a key to what you keep in jellysuite.

What a subprocessor is

We run jellysuite ourselves, but not on our own hardware and not with our own payment system. A subprocessor is a company we pay to do one of those jobs, and that handles some personal data while doing it. Each one works under a contract that limits it to that job. The privacy policy says what we do with personal data ourselves.

What none of them gets

None of them has a key. What you write, upload, send or say in jellysuite is encrypted on your device, so Hetzner stores it without being able to read it, and Stripe and Pirsch never receive it at all. The transparency page lists what our servers can see, row by row.

Mail to and from other providers is sent and received by our own mail server at Hetzner. No other company carries it for us. Calls run through our own media server there too.

When this list changes

A company is added here before it handles anything, and the date at the top changes with it. If you have an account, we'll tell you about an addition before it takes effect. If you use jellysuite for a business and need to object to one, write to hello@jellysuite.com.
